about us
EcoThrift started recycling in 1982 with two trucks and one small store in Vallejo, California. For over 25 years we've been innovating ways to build a value driven company, reduce the waste stream, and present quality second-hand merchandise at affordable prices. We are a for profit business, paying our own way, employing hundreds of associates and generating local tax revenues for the communities we serve. Through your support we've become California's largest private thrift store business. Thank you!

Eco Thrift is constantly seeking new ways to improve the recycling chain and promote reuse. By working with county agencies we have significantly reduced the load on local landfills. Our Stats We work with expert textile recyclers for goods that do not meet our standards. They export clothing, shoes and accessories to third world counteries in desperate need of affordable products. Eco Thrift has been recognized for it's benefits to the greater community.
